Classes via Zoom
I am currently teaching classes via Zoom. The first class is free! Come see what Essentrics can do for your body.
If you are interested, you will need a computer or mobile device, good internet connection, about 6-7 square feet of room and either a yoga mat or towel for the floor work. It is best to have a wood floor to stand on but many clients (and myself) are working on carpet and it is feasible.

Pricing
The first class is free!
Each class thereafter is $5.00. I do offer 5 classes for $20, if you choose to buy groups of classes together. Classes can be paid for by cash or Venmo.
Class Schedule
Classes are currently held on
Mondays and Fridays at 9:00 AM.
There will be no class on
Monday, March 31st, Friday, April 4th, Friday, April 11th and Monday, April 14th.
